Balloon Drum by Decent Samples turns party balloons into a playable percussion instrument. The free library is supplied in both Kontakt and SFZ formats and spreads three sets of balloon-drum samples across an octave and a half.
What Makes It Different?
The library uses three velocity layers and five round robins per note, helping repeated hits feel less mechanical. The Kontakt edition also includes convolution reverb.
Kontakt and SFZ Versions
The Kontakt edition requires the full version of Kontakt 5.3.1 or later. The SFZ version can be used with the free Sforzando player.
