Standalone Power & Plugin Hosting
Unlike its predecessor, Scaler 3 functions both as a plugin and a standalone application. No DAW? No problem. You can now run Scaler independently to sketch out ideas, trigger instruments, and export MIDI. The addition of plugin hosting also allows users to load VSTs and Audio Units directly inside Scaler — perfect for auditioning sounds with the exact harmonic context.
Multi-Lane Arrangement: Total Musical Control

Scaler 3 runs on macOS (10.14+) with native Apple Silicon support, as well as Windows 8+, supporting VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats. It works flawlessly inside major DAWs including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig, Reaper, and others. The standalone mode adds even more flexibility for live performance or quick ideation.
