Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Audiartist music submission service, artist accounts and playlist-curation tools. Last updated: August 21, 2026.

1. Service

Audiartist provides an independent music submission and editorial curation service allowing artists to submit Spotify tracks for consideration by Audiartist curators.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping access to your account secure. You must not impersonate another person or artist, misuse another account or attempt to interfere with the platform.

3. Submissions

Submissions are subject to the current Submission Guidelines. Submission limits, duplicate protection and playlist eligibility rules may evolve as the service develops.

4. Editorial discretion

Submitting music does not guarantee a review within a specific time, acceptance, placement on a particular playlist, a specific position or a minimum placement period. Curators retain editorial discretion over playlist content, order, rotation and removal.

5. Free curation and optional support

Audiartist does not sell playlist inclusion. PayPal donations, Buy Me a Coffee contributions and other voluntary support are separate from editorial decisions and never guarantee acceptance, priority, position, duration or coverage.

6. AI-generated music

Audiartist may request information about AI use. Fully AI-generated music is not accepted for Audiartist editorial features. Misleading information about authorship or production may lead to rejection or restricted use of submission tools.

7. Rights

By submitting music, you confirm that you are entitled to submit the track and related artist information for review. Audiartist may process the supplied track metadata, artist information, artwork references and public Spotify data as needed to administer the request.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for spam, fraud, fake engagement, deceptive submissions, malicious activity or attempts to bypass limits and security controls.

9. Third-party services

The submission service may interact with or link to Spotify, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee and other external services. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and changes

Features may be added, modified, suspended or removed. Audiartist may update these terms and submission rules as the service evolves.

11. No performance guarantee

The service does not promise streams, audience growth, revenue, commercial performance or career outcomes.
