But who is Blade D?
Behind the moniker is Daniele, a veteran of the hardcore scene and co-founder of the iconic duo Virus Factory in the early 2000s. With releases on cult labels like R909 and Fuck Off Records, they forged a sound that was aggressive, fast, and unapologetically raw. When the duo split in 2011, Daniele evolved into Blade D — a new name, but the same fearless spirit.
As Blade D, he’s pushed techno into new territory, blending hardcore’s brutal energy with melodic depth and industrial textures. His music isn’t here to please — it’s here to challenge, shake, and move.
