Ample Sound has released Ample Bass P Lite 4, a major new version of its popular free electric bass virtual instrument.

Based on the sound of a classic Fender Precision-style bass, the instrument is designed to provide realistic fingerstyle bass performances without requiring you to record a real bass guitar.

The new Lite version benefits from the latest Ample Bass architecture, including Riffer 4, improved legato behaviour, built-in amplification and effects, while remaining completely free.

A Realistic Free Precision-Style Bass

Ample Bass P Lite 4 is designed around the familiar sound of a classic electric Precision bass.

The free edition uses a 560 MB, 16-bit fingerstyle library covering a standard four-string bass range from D1 to F4.
